It’s been a crazy couple of weeks on my end. Between the end of the semester project, finals, and work picking up, I find I’ve had very little time to just take some time to let my brain relax.

Imposter syndrome is a topic that I see discussed in a lot of tech groups, especially for those just starting out (whether taking on a new role, or going into a new field). I was skeptical at first, but the more I read, the more I thought about what holds me back in certain situations (especially as I have started out as a self-taught coder).
Things I am trying to do more of to combat imposter syndrome:

One thing I want to get down on paper is the idea of juggling tasks, and higher-level, strategic thinking about my life and the projects I work on. I’m sure that you have (what feels like) a million things that you are juggling between your personal life, career, and the fun things you like to do.
I am excited you found your way to my site! My hope for this site is to add my learnings and thoughts as I continue my education and dive further into the world of software development. Also, there will be some side journeys (found under “Travel”) and a portfolio of my work as I build out my own projects.
